Viola, Layla, or our GRIT coaches on this self improvement program will lead seven, two-hour sessions in small groups that will teach you simple techniques for self develepment. During the 7 week program you become more able to acknowledge your Growth using your own inner Resources while learning and acquiring more both from the teachers and from your fellow participants focusing on your wellbeing and getting Inspired developing more access to the feels of joy and Transformation while learning easy-to-implement, powerful and purposeful strategies to recharge and expand your life.
Each one of the GRIT Star 7 Stages of program is a lesson of self improvement where the participants get clarity and deepness of the subject addressed. The interactive sessions allow each participant to shares their views, results and aha moment.
Each session includes 4 practical tools, called 4 GRIT B’s to practice daily through the week, living and feeling the results of each one, so throughout the 7 weeks you will have experienced, learned and applied 28 different practices that will support you staying present, focus on your wellbeing, feeling and living the benefits of organic sustained success in your life.
